- Mandatory onsite fee: $15.00 USD dock usage fee per person (payable on site).

⚠️ Regulations & Restrictions
- Requirements: Basic swimming skills required; life jacket use is mandatory.
- Age limits: Minimum boarding age is 4 years old. Children 6 years and older pay full rate and may snorkel accompanied by an adult.
- Health & safety: Not suitable for pregnant guests or individuals with limited mobility, back issues, or recent surgeries.
- Weather & sobriety: Activity is subject to weather conditions. Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
📜 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Eligible refunds (full or partial):
- Service cancellation by the supplier/provider.
- Medical cancellations submitted with an official medical report before 11:00 AM on the day prior to the service date.
- Cancellations or date changes requested before 11:00 AM on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
Non-refundable (No Show). No refunds will be issued if the customer fails to appear at the scheduled date and time, regardless of illness, personal emergencies, or provided medical documentation.
